Had a really satisfying bowl! The broth was rich, creamy, and flavorful with just the right amount of spice. Loved the variety of choices, and the food portion were great, the customizable selection makes it easy to build exactly what you want. Cozy spot for a comforting meal, especially if you enjoy spicy Chinese-style soup dishes. Would definitely come back for another bowl.

Tried this self-serve hot pot place recently — overall pretty good but not perfect. You pick everything yourself (veggies, meats, noodles, etc.) and pay by weight, which is fun but also easy to overspend if you’re not careful. Prices feel a bit high for what you get. The selection is nice — lots of vegetables, mushrooms, and different noodle options like spinach, buckwheat, and even purple potato noodles. Everything looked clean and fairly fresh. The broth is decent. The beef bone soup has flavor, but nothing particularly memorable. Spice level is customizable, but if you like really spicy, you may need to ask for extra. Service is minimal since it’s self-serve, but staff were helpful when needed. Overall, it’s a convenient and customizable option for a quick hot pot meal, just not something I’d go out of my way for. I’d come back, but I’d be more careful with how much I pick next time.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Went with my family and everyone was so nice and welcoming. Ingredients fresh and such a good variety of noodles. Broths were so flavorful too. Wilson was the best, super nice and funny.

The ingredient section was very clean and well organized, which made it easy to trust the food. All the ingredients looked fresh and appealing. From vegetables to meats, everything seemed to be in great condition. The broth had a deep and rich flavor from the very first bite. The balance of numbing spice and savory taste was just perfect. The flavor stayed strong and satisfying until the very end. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. From ordering to checkout, the service felt smooth and comfortable. The overall atmosphere was clean and pleasant. I would definitely come back again when I’m craving mala soup.

For my first time eating there I went an hour before closing and was greeted with kind and helpful staff! I got the mild spicy beef broth that was recommended to me by the staff and chose all of my favorite hotpot essentials! It was super easy to just walk in and pick all my favorites! The free ice cream at the end was a nice finish to a delicious meal! Definitely coming back and adding this to my usual dine-in spots!!! 😋😋😋
